University Professor in the Department of Translation and Interpreting at the University of Malaga. She holds a degree in Germanic Philology (English) from the University of Malaga (1987) and a PhD in English Philology from the University of Malaga (1997). She is an evaluator for AGAE and the Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education (SEPIE). Her scientific work is included in national and international repertoires, she has enjoyed research stays at North American and European universities, and she is a member of national and international scientific committees and editorial boards. She has led international projects and participated as a researcher in national and international research projects.
