BA in Translation and Interpreting (English and German) from the University of Malaga (2004). National Award for the Third Best Academic Record corresponding to the academic year 2003-2004 (Spanish Ministry of Education and Science, 2005). PhD in Translation and Interpreting (with high honours) from the University of Malaga in 2013, with a doctoral dissertation entitled "Diseño y elaboración de un glosario ontoterminológico multilingüe para el viaje combinado (español-inglés-alemán)" ("Design and elaboration of a multilingual ontoterminological glossary for package travel [Spanish-English-German])". She held a predoctoral grant from the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science and was a research and teaching assistant. She is currently working as a full-time lecturer in German in the Department of English, French and German Philology of the University of Malaga.
