Miriam Buendía Castro holds a PhD in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Granada since March 2013. She has done two research stays at the Erasmushogeschool (Brussels) under the supervision of Professor Rita Temmerman. She has published in prestigious international journals, such as Terminology and she is co-author of the monograph Terminología para traductores e intérpretes (2011), which has become an essential in the Studies of Translation and Interpreting in Spain. She has presented her work in international conferences, such as EuraLex or LREc
