Senior lecturer (with tenure) at the Department of Translation and
Interpreting at the University of Málaga (Spain). BA in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Malaga in 2004 and PhD in Translation and Interpreting (with Doctor Europeus mention) in 2009 (School of Arts' Best PhD Award, 2009). Awarded several predoctoral and postdoctoral research grants for Copenhagen Business School (Denmark), University of Wolverhampton (United Kingdom), Dickinson College (USA) and Centre Privé de Langues (France). Research fields cover translation technologies, specifically machine translation and postediting, technical and legal translation and translation assessment. Research results made public in international academic conferences and publications. Lecturer at European Masters in Technology for Translation and Interpreting as well as at several Master's Programmes (Universities of Alcalá, Córdoba and and Málaga). Co-editor of two Journals of Law (RCHRLPS and REHIPIP) and Editorial Assistant of another journal (RCDCP)
